Andrew Chinsky is Assistant General Counsel at Aaron’s, which provides lease-to-own and retail purchase solutions for appliances, electronics, and other home goods through its e-commerce platform and over 1,200 company-operated and franchised stores throughout the United States and Canada. Andrew manages litigation and investigations across the company's brands, including Aaron's, BrandsMart U.S.A., Woodhaven, and BrandsMart Leasing. In his role, Andrew also advises the business regarding enterprise risk management, cyber security, motor vehicle accidents, commercial and contract issues, and other matters.

Before Aaron’s, Andrew was with King & Spalding LLP and Sidley Austin LLP. In private practice, Andrew represented clients in complex commercial disputes, consumer class actions, multijurisdictional cases, crisis litigation, and responses to government investigations (criminal and civil/regulatory), with a particular focus in the automotive industry. As both in-house and outside counsel, Andrew’s broad legal experience has allowed him to serve as a pragmatic business partner and problem solver.

Andrew is a proud graduate of the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan ‘11 (Go Blue!) and Harvard Law School ’14. He lives in Atlanta with his wife, Allie Chinsky (VP and Senior Counsel at the Atlanta Hawks and State Farm Arena), two children (ages 5 and 1), and doodle. Outside of work and chasing his kids and dog, Andrew enjoys running marathons for various cancer research organizations, following all things Georgia politics, and volunteering in the Atlanta Jewish community.

Cinqué Hicks is Editor-In-Chief of ArtsATL, Atlanta’s only dedicated multidisciplinary, arts-focused publication.

Hicks has a distinguished record in engaging the public in the arts. He began writing about art in 2003 after several years as a practicing artist. His self-published blog Bare and Bitter Sleep was one of the pioneering art blogs of the early 2000s. His follow-up blog Electric Skin: Black Art and Technoculture News from the Front Lines was named by Raphael Rubinstein in Art in America as one of the top ten art blogs most worth daily reading. His follow-up publication, Code Z: Black Visual Culture Now, was one of the first online art publications of the mid-2000s and included interviews and profiles of Wangechi Mutu, Deborah Roberts, Julie Dash, Kojo Griffin, Fahamu Pecou and others.

He has served as senior contributing editor of the International Review of African American Art, and during 2012 was the interim editor-in-chief of Art Papers. A graduate of Harvard University’s comparative literature program, Hicks also holds a master’s degree from Georgia Tech, where he studied digital media art. In 2011, he was the founding creative director of Atlanta Art Now and co-author of its landmark volume, Noplaceness: Art in a Post-Urban Landscape. From 2008 to 2012, Hicks was an art critic, arts writer, and columnist for Creative Loafing and has written for a variety of national and international publications including Public Art Review, Art in America, Artforum.com, and Artvoices.

Hicks also has an extensive background in ballet and modern dance, choreography, theatrical production and acting, and classical music performance (viola). He spent years in the trade publishing industry and ran a business as graphic artist and typographer.

In 2008 Hicks co-founded Idea Capital, an organization facilitating small cash grants to Atlanta-area artists. He has also served on the gallery committee for VSA Arts of Georgia, the Emerging Artist Award committee for Forward Arts Foundation, the advisory committee for the Emory University Center for Creativity and Arts, and the curatorial advisory committee of the Hammonds House Museum.

Jamie Temple, co-founder of The Insight Age, is a dynamic leader with a focus on preparing businesses for the AI era. With 13 years of experience at VMware, she most recently served as the Results Management Office Executive in the Office of the CEO, where she spearheaded critical operating model and culture shifts as the company evolved its business model to become more customer-centric as they transformed to a SaaS-business, achieving their $5 billion annual recurring revenue ahead of schedule. She held integral roles across Product, Go-to-Market, and Operations teams, joining the company through the $1.54 billion acquisition of AirWatch.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jamie is actively involved in her community and the 100+ Women Strong alumni organization, where she leverages her influence to empower women pursuing careers in engineering. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science in Wireless Electrical Engineering from Auburn University and resides in Atlanta with her husband and two children.
