Tim Stutz is the Chief Operating Officer at Insight Global, an industry leading staffing and talent solutions company that prides itself in developing a purpose-driven culture where its people come first. Tim is responsible for managing operations and systems for 66 field offices across the US and Canada that support 4,000 employees and more than 30,000 consultants.
Tim started his journey as a recruiter for the company and has taken his field experience and diverse interactions to advance his 19-year career with the organization. He has been an integral contributor to the company’s impressive 30% year over year growth, holding several leadership positions that have supported opening major market locations to standing up the Direct Placement division to building out the recruiting leadership team.
Tim has a passion for leadership development and has worked with hundreds of employees – from entry-level to C-level – on their professional growth through the company’s unique approach, which is to help people become the best versions of themselves personally, professionally, and financially. Tim facilitates courses for the company’s career enrichment program, Insight Global University, and its Leadership Academy.
An advocate of community engagement, Tim also serves as the company’s executive sponsor of corporate philanthropy. In 2020, Insight Global created a partnership with OneWorld Health, working to bring sustainable healthcare to communities around the globe that need it most. To date, Insight Global has raised more than $2.5M to provide life-saving care now and for generations to come, built three medical facilities, and given nearly 700 people the dignity of work. By 2025, the company has dedicated to opening 10 Grit Medical Centers with OneWorld Health.
Tim resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife and three children. He is a graduate of Florida State University and an active alumnus.

Beginning in 2011, Lynn Deutsch served as a Dunwoody City Councilmember and was elected Mayor in November 2019. After graduating from the University of Texas with bachelor’s degrees in Government and Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin, she earned a master’s degree in City Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a graduate certificate in Gerontology from Georgia State University.
Prior to her election to City Council, Lynn served on the Dunwoody Planning Commission and on boards of her neighborhood Women’s Club, as well as the Dunwoody Homeowners Association. Lynn is a long-time education volunteer and advocate who has served in a variety of leadership roles at several area schools. She has also served on state- and county-level committees.
Lynn is a recent graduate of the Arts Leaders of Metro Atlanta program and the Atlanta Regional Commission’s Regional Leadership Institute. In addition to serving on the Legislative Policy Commission of the Georgia Municipal Association, she is Vice-Chair of the policy committee of the DeKalb Municipal Association.
Lynn and her husband Barry have three young adult children and a rescue dog, Boomer.
